Free US Shipping on Every Order

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, and shipping is always free.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and another with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

• Most items: 7 to 12 business days after shipping.
• Items stocked in our US warehouse (such as the adjustable dumbbell and Pilates kit): about 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Multiple items

If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your order. Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to show its first update.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
